New National Collection of Pathogenic Viruses Brochure

You can now learn about the authenticated viral strains and services provided by the National Collection of Pathogenic Viruses (NCPV) from our brochure. The brochure helps virologists and quality control scientists understand the range of viral strains relevant to human health that are available from NCPV, their applications and the benefits of depositing their own viral strains in the collection. The brochure also includes information on NCPV services such as safe deposit storage and patent deposits.

NCPV is one of the collections which form the Culture Collections, a world-class biological resource centre whose principal role is to preserve and supply quality controlled and authenticated reference strains (bacteria, fungi, viruses and cell lines) of known provenance for use in medical science and laboratory healthcare.
