NCPV has a vast collection of viruses which it is committed to keeping relevant and in stock.

We are pleased to announce that due to its popularity, NCPV will soon be releasing a new batch of Japanese Encephalitis Virus (NCPV 9903141v) Nakayama which has been out-of-stock.

We will also be releasing several new batches to replenish our low-low stock. WNV Egypt (NCPV 0106034v), from the Flaviviridae family thought to cause neurological disease and potentially fatal outcomes in humans. Dengue 1 (NCPV 0106034v), transmitted by mosquitoes, causing high fevers, headaches, body aches and nausea. Rift Valley Fever (NCPV 0310122v), a viral zoonosis capable of infecting humans, causing symptoms ranging from mild flu to severe haemorrhagic fever. Yellow Fever (French Neurotropic; NCPV 006042v), also transmitted to humans via infected mosquitos, notorious for its ability to cause epidemic outbreaks. Coxsackie virus B3 (NCPV 0110285v), which can live in the human digestive tract and is a cause of aseptic meningitis.

Each virus has demonstrated effective growth in multiple cell lines provided by ECACC, and will play a substantial role in viral research, vaccine discovery and immunological studies, helping mitigate their potential risk to public health.
