Antibiotic resistant/elevated MICs. Resistant to ceftriaxone (1mg/l), penicillin (2mg/l), azithromycin (>256mg/l), ciprofloxacin (>32mg/l), tetracycline (>32mg/l). Sensitive to spectinomycin (8mg/l). First reported and described ceftriaxone-resistant, high-level azithromycin resistant N. gonorrhoeae isolate world-wide.
