Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; do not over dilute; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Cells show typical lymphoblast morphology i.e. they grow in large spheroid clumps as well as single cells in suspension.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
