Subculture Routine

On resuscitation a centrifugation step (150 x g for 3 minutes) to remove the cryoprotectant should be carried out. Resuspended the pelleted cells in fresh media at a concentration of 5 x 10,000 viable cells/ml.

Subculture when cells reach 5 x 100,000-1x1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days).

Recommended growth conditions 5% CO2; 37°C.
