Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps to create/link a credit account:

Step 1

Once you are are logged in click on your account at the top right-hand corner 

Step 2

On your account page locate the credit account tab 

Step 3

Locate application form for credit account 

Step 4

Complete and submit the form 

Step 5

Once you have sent the form to us, it will be processed by our service desk and you will be informed when your account has been created
