Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to create/link a credit account:
Step 1
If you submit a request through the service desk, you will receive an email notification with a link to view your request.
Click the link in the email provided by the customer services team

Step 2
On the homepage select request a Jira/confluence account
Step 3
Click on request a new user account (non-government staff)
NB: Please do not use your culture collections login at this stage and note the account must be in the name of the individual requester, not an organization. An organization email address can be added later
Step 4
Click the Jira tick box and select Culture Collections from the dropdown
Step 5
Enter your name and email address, select end date (12 months from the date of account creation)
Step 6
After filling in the necessary details, Click create
Once you have created your account, you will be able access your ticket and respond to your request.
