Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to use you website account

Log in at the top right of the Culture Collections homepage. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one by clicking ‘Register’
2. Once you have logged in, click your name at the top right of the Culture Collections homepage
This will display your accounts page with the following tabs below:
My details
This includes your personal information, company information, addresses and contact information that was entered upon your account creation.
These can be updated and saved at any time.
You can also subscribe/unsubscribe to CC newsletters, but please note that all fields with a red asterisk are mandatory
Addresses
Here you can create new, edit, and delete invoice and delivery addresses.
Please note: Any changes to invoice and delivery addresses will require verification and may delay your order.
My orders
You can see a list of all previous orders and their order status.
By clicking on the order number, you can see the full order details, payment, and product details.

By clicking the product name, you can view the product page.

Associated documents (for example PO (Purchase Order) or signed Depositor Release Form’s) can also be uploaded.
Click on the Re-order button to add all items to the cart for re-ordering. Items can be updated (format, quantity) or removed before checking out.

Wishlist
Items added to the wish list are displayed here. Items can be amended (format), removed, added to your cart, or you can email the list, or share the URL.
During checkout, if you have chosen to pay by credit card but the product can only be purchased by credit account, the product will be removed from your basket and displayed here.
Credit account
If your account is not linked to a UKHSA (UK Health Security Agency) credit you can access the forms required to either create an account or link to an existing one.
If your account is linked to an existing UKHSA credit account, the Credit account number will be displayed here.

My preferences
You can sign-up or unsubscribe for marketing emails by clicking the appropriate buttons and saving.
You can also request to update your marketing preferences to choose which of the four Culture Collections you would like to receive information about.
Change password
To change your password, fill in your old password and create a new one, Click change password to complete the request.
